1. Refund Timeline
Anklepppureeo offers refunds within 30 days of purchase for coaching sessions and programs. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be accepted except in exceptional circumstances.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds are available if:
- You have not attended or completed the purchased session or program
- You request a refund within 30 days of purchase
- Your refund request includes your order details and reason
- The session or program has not yet been provided
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Downloaded educational guides or materials
- Sessions that have already been attended or completed
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Group program sessions that have already commenced
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at info@anklepppureeo.world within 30 days of purchase
- Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund
- We will review your request and confirm eligibility
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
5. Cancellation of Scheduled Sessions
Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel a scheduled coaching session:
- Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in loss of payment
- Contact us immediately to discuss your situation
Cancellation by Anklepppureeo: If we need to cancel a scheduled session:
- We will provide notice as soon as possible
- We will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund
- We will not charge any cancellation fees
6. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session instead of cancelling:
- Contact us at least 48 hours in advance
- We will work with you to find a convenient new date
- No fee is charged for rescheduling if notice is provided
- If less notice is given, rescheduling depends on availability
7. Payment Methods and Processing
We accept standard payment methods. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
8. Group Programs
For group programs (8-week commitments):
- Refunds are available for the unused portion of the program
- Once a session has started, refunds for that session are not available
- Rescheduling to a future group program cohort may be offered instead of refund
9. Special Circumstances
If you have extenuating circumstances (health emergency, significant life event, etc.), please contact us to discuss options. While refunds beyond 30 days are not standard, we aim to be fair and supportive. Each case will be considered individually.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your refund request was handled unfairly, you may:
- Contact us to discuss the situation
- Request a review of your case
- File a complaint with the Commerce Commission if you believe your consumer rights were violated
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this refund policy limits your rights under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other consumer protection laws. You have the right to a refund if goods or services are not provided as promised.
